Cancellation Policy

Clients you have 72 business hours from the day you make the appointment to cancel or reschedule to not be charged (example: If I book my appointment on Monday for next Friday then I have until Tuesday of that week to cancel or reschedule) ,anything after that day or time you will be charged and there will be no refund given. You must cancel or reschedule on the website. Hello Clients starting 2/17/2025 Deposits will be NONREFUNDABLE due to the lack of no calls and no shows. Going forward there will be a $30 late cancel fee the MUST be paid before services can be rescheduled or rebooked, there will be a $50 no show fee again that MUST be paid before services can be rescheduled or rebooked.
